Our work is focused on ensuring clarity in contractor pricing, proper management of variations and Construction Change Directives (CCDs), and maintaining financial control from concept through to project completion.

We take a practical and commercially focused approach to construction advisory.

Our role is to identify risks early, provide clear guidance, and ensure that decisions are made with full awareness of cost implications.

We work independently to protect our clients’ financial interests and bring transparency to the construction process.

Experience across a range of construction projects, including high-end residential developments and complex builds requiring coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

Geographic experience includes the Cayman Islands and international project exposure, supporting both local and overseas clients.
